On February 12, 2013 President Barack Obama issued an executive order to improve the cyber security of our nation’s critical infrastructure. The order specifically calls out the need for action due to “repeated cyber intrusions into critical infrastructure.”

Peer Sharing Event a Success!

Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) and CRSI co-hosted an extremely successful NERC CIP Peer Sharing Event at PG&E’s training facility in San Ramon, CA Feb 25-27. Attendees consisted of senior executives, management, internal compliance team members, Subject Matter Experts, and other employees involved in NERC CIP Compliance. There were approximately 65 total attendees from approximately 20 different utility companies with representation in 7 of the 8 NERC Regional Entities across the country.
