Professional Experiences
Kimberlee Roe is the Director – Administrative Services and a Human Resource Consultant for Corporate Risk Solutions. As a Corporate Consultant for Corporate Risk Solutions, Ms. Roe’s skills are an integral component of our corporate ethics and policy development programs related to Title VII Reviews, Human Resources; Employment Screenings Processes, Client-specific Security Research Programs, and Employee Data Protection Processes. Additionally, she conducts policy assessments of emerging regulatory and industry trends and standards, and supports many of our public awareness programs and reputation management planning and training programs. In addition to consulting services, Ms. Roe is responsible for all corporate governance and internal client service management including: Human Resources; Employee Benefits and Compensation; Finance; Vendor and Supply Management; Quality Assurance; Strategic Business Management Functions and Corporate Administrative Functions. Prior to Corporate Risk Solutions, Ms. Roe had a highly successful 20-year career in private and public health care as a Certified Emergency Nurse, Case Manager, and Nursing Administrator.
