Ron Spicer Joins CRSI!
CRSI welcomes Ronald Spicer as the newest member to the CRSI team. Mr. Spicer, BSEE, MSEE, PE, NERC Certified Reliability System Operator, previously served as a Senior Control Center Operator, Senior Level Engineer and Manager for a large investor-owned utility. He has demonstrated experience with Regional Transmission Organization (RTO) activities, is an expert in EMS applications (notably AGC), and was responsible for the dispatch of the 6,000+ MW generation fleet to meet the load demand for two control areas.
Mr. Spicer, having actively participated in the development of Control Performance Standards, joins CRSI as Senior Security Consultant. In this role, he provides Bulk Electric System expertise, FERC Order 693 Compliance expertise, Critical Asset Identification, and security design of Control Centers.
