Kimberlee Roe is the Director of Administrative Services and a Human Resource Consultant for Corporate Risk Solutions. Ms. Roe is responsible for all corporate governance and internal client service management including: Human Resources; Employee Benefits and Compensation; Finance; Vendor and Supply Management; Quality Assurance; and Corporate Administrative Functions.

As a Human Resource Professional, Ms. Roe is recognized by her peers as a resource on many human asset management issues. Ms. Roe has been a guest speaker for a local chapter of International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP) speaking on topics such as Diversity and Sexual Harassment/Discrimination. In addition, Ms. Roe provided expert assistance to the local chapter committee tasked with development of a chapter discrimination and harassment training program, bylaws and response plans. Ms. Roe is a sought after guest speaker for local Human Resource Management Association Certification Study Groups speaking on OSHA and Risk Management.

As a Corporate Consultant for Corporate Risk Solutions, Ms. Roe’s skills are an integral component of our corporate ethics and policy development programs related to Title VII Reviews, Human Resource Screenings Processes, Client-specific Security Research Programs, and Employee Data Protection Processes. Additionally, she conducts policy assessments of emerging regulatory and industry trends and standards, and supports many of our public awareness programs and reputation management planning and training programs. Ms. Roe is the author of a white paper regarding Human Resource Risk Mitigation Strategy Development for small businesses.

Prior to Corporate Risk Solutions, Ms. Roe had a highly successful 20-year career in private and public health care as a Certified Emergency Nurse, Case Manager, and Nursing Administrator. Ms. Roe’s career encompassed services at hospitals and communities of all sizes and cultures. As such, Ms. Roe developed and implemented quality assurance programs; created and provided instruction for peer training programs; established policies and procedures for the protection and privacy of information; provided professional witness testimony in cases regarding sexual assault, and child or elder abuse; and served as an administrative liaison for regulatory compliance audits. In addition, Ms. Roe served as the volunteer clinical preceptor/mentor for new graduate nurses in preparation for rural nursing in Alaska.

Ms. Roe’s extensive emergency and case management experience provides an in-depth understanding of disaster planning and emergency/crisis management. Ms. Roe assisted with planning and coordinating hospital response initiatives for annual community-wide mock drills in preparation for natural catastrophic emergencies with high casualty scenarios. Ms. Roe was in Alaska during the oil spill at Valdez and assisted the hospital response teams during deployment and reorganization. Ms. Roe even assisted in the development and implementation of a new triage process for improved early detection and intervention which became a vital component of the overall hospital risk mitigation plan.

In her role as an emergency nurse and nursing administrator, Ms. Roe frequently acted as liaison with various law enforcement agencies and community service organizations relative to recognition, crisis intervention, and patient teaching necessary for the prevention of domestic abuse and workplace violence and to coordinate services for victims of all ages. Working in the federal hospital system in Alaska, Ms. Roe further expanded the knowledge and skills necessary to cultivate collaborative processes in the midst of challenging circumstances to include physical environments, adverse climates, logistically limited resources and culturally diverse situations.

Ms. Roe’s previous nursing career readily contributes to her role as a human resource consultant for Corporate Risk Solutions. Ms. Roe actively participates in CRSI’s expansive educational and professional training programs. In addition to Ms. Roe’s Bachelors Degree in Nursing, she has two Masters of Business Administration Degrees in Human Resource Management and International Business Administration, is trained in Project Management and has advanced computer skills in various software applications.

Ms. Roe is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), where she holds the Professional of Human Resources certification (PHR) and currently serves as the Certification Chair for 2007 for a local HRMA-JC Chapter. Ms. Roe serves as the Treasurer of the International Association of Administrative Professionals, Johnson County Kansas Chapter 2005-2007, is a Notary Public for the State of Kansas and is licensed as a Private Investigator in the state of Kansas.
