Susan Tibbs joined Corporate Risk Solutions as a Research Specialist in November 2001. She has led Corporate Risk Solutions’ Business Research Services Department and worked in the areas of business research, data mining, and personnel screening. In addition, Ms. Tibbs is involved in our physical security services to clients where she provides security systems administration, programming and testing.
Prior to joining Corporate Risk Solutions, Ms. Tibbs enjoyed a highly successful 25-year career in customer relations management in consumer products, banking and pharmaceuticals. Her commitment to providing reliable, validated process controls for these heavily regulated industries provided an ideal fit with bankers and physicians, as each of these critical fields require a high degree of accuracy. That attention to detail, responsiveness and documentation translate well into the services she provides daily to our clients where accuracy, reliability and timeliness is a must.
Ms. Tibbs works closely with Corporate Risk Solution’s clients conducting in-depth background investigations for employee pre-screening and executive/key hires. Ms. Tibbs has as extensive experience in completing due diligence and asset investigations for many corporations across the U.S. Many of these key hire investigations dealt with very sensitive positions up to and including legal representation, executive management and Board of Director candidates. Her analytical skills make her particularly successful in complex investigations requiring the ability to analyze voluminous files to find leads. Additionally, for our attorney clients, Ms. Tibbs is extremely well versed and successful in locating difficult to find subjects and witnesses.
In 2004, Ms. Tibbs was assigned to support the Security Systems Administrator for one of our corporate clients during a corporate-wide implementation of a new electronic security system platform. During this deployment, which encompassed 55 sites across seven states, Ms. Tibbs worked closely with integrators programming, testing and commissioning many edge and field security devices. This project also required Ms. Tibbs to coordinate an access credentialing program for this Fortune 500 client, where she served as a project liaison between the Corporate Security Department, field operating units and security integrators to ensure that all employees, contractors and visitors were assigned and maintained in the proper access level.
Ms. Tibbs earned a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. She completed the Honeywell ProWatch™ Dealer Certification Training Program in January 2006. She has completed formal project management training and is trained in the use of Microsoft Project software. She has attended training seminars on Legal Financial Investigations and Internet Profiling and Intelligence Gathering through the Kansas Association of Licensed Investigators, and has successfully completed many advanced levels of training in the Microsoft Office suite of products. Ms. Tibbs has been a licensed Private Investigator for six years.
