Adult learning principles are utilized by Corporate Risk Solutions consultants to develop and conduct “in-person” training programs in areas such as security awareness, conflict resolution, suspicious package recognition and handling, threat response training for call-center and administrative personnel, fire safety, personal safety, and emergency response training. CRSI can develop an Executive Management training course on Reputation Management, which includes interactive scenarios focusing on key areas, such as crisis decision making, media relations and handling press conferences.

Corporate Risk Solutions can also conduct training programs to help educate law enforcement agencies on utility related issues, such as theft of service and tampering, connection/disconnection issues, and on-scene safety procedures for downed power lines and natural gas leaks.

Corporate Risk Solutions’ experience with web-based training programs includes working with a hosted platform provider.  For this program, we researched, developed, designed, wrote and ‘starred” in an inter-operative web-based training program using Microsoft Internet Explorer, and Flash Media, which was AICC and SCORM 1.2 compliant  .This was so well received that our client (for whom we developed the program), sold it to a professional web-hosting firm.   This program included individual log in and scoring and certificate issuance and was able to be downloaded into our client’s human resources system to track training on an individual basis.

CRSI also has experience with computer-based training programs that included timed, automated audio and visual presentations of graphics and PowerPoint presentations delivered across a wide area network and via individual computers. This program included a structured testing process with scoring.
